Hi gurus , currently i am planning to make my move into the private residential market ... and i have a budget of 1.1 million for a 3 bedder with utility setup.. base on the current market , which private property will be better ?

a few points to note
1. I am not eligible for EC purchase as my income exceed the eligibility
2. I can only look at resale EC that meet MOP
3. I do not want to wait out for a new launch
4. Currently i am staying in D19

To understand which private property is better, it will be good to know if you are planning to hold this property for long term or mid term, and if you are looking to move into the property. When it involves your own stay, the suitable projects can differ between individuals due to their lifestyle, work place, schools and etc. I have came across clients whose bottomline is looking only at the potential gains from entrance to exit of the property, and the rest of the intangibles are secondary. Does this apply to you too?
