Dear sir/madam,

There is no doubt about the declining prices in terms of sales transactions, likewise, rental has also been spiralling downwards, therefore it may not be the wisest orminvestment worthy time to look at purchasing for rental yield. Instead, it is more apt to look for purchasing for own stay or upgrading during this time instead. If you are looking purely for investment, I would suppose there are other investments with sound exit strategies and reasonable returns perhaps.
