Hi,

Assuming you have no major loan obligations and credit record has been excellent, you should be able to loan up to max 389k bank loan. With the figures given, you should be looking at resale hdb 500k thereabouts, and you are eligible for both 3 & 4rm units. Whether 3 or 4 rm depends on location and also the unit requirements you are looking for.
