Hi Guru,

We are looking for a HDB flat (4 room). Details as below...

Pricing: 360 to 400k
Location: Jurong West (Walking distance to MRT station like Boon Lay or Pioneer)
Status: We are both SPR (more than 3 years)
Best option: We are not rush but is best to find a move in condition type which not require to have a major renovations.

I will love to assist you with your property purchase.

Chances of getting a move in condition resale 4rm flat within your budget will be higher in proximity to pioneer mrt. I have brought two sets of SPR buyers in that area recently.
