Hi Guru, understand from the media that hdb announced they are launching " sales of balance flats " some where near the month of May. Me and my husband is interested in applying. Can we apply as one of us haven't reach 21 years old?
And also can we both buy a resales flats ?

Hi, whether both of you are applying for BTO or resale, you got to be 21 years of age at the time of application.
