Hi Ms Prash,

Under current HDB rules and regulations, no one should own any property local or overseas upon receive subsidized flat (BTO/SBF etc).

The rules are such:
(1) You are only eligible to apply for BTO/SBF after dispose off private property for at least 30 months.

(2) You are not allowed to own or buy any private property local or overseas until fulfillment of MOP in your newly bought HDB flat, inclusive of new and resale.
