Hi Guru,
My husband & I are both PR, we are renting this flat for 3yrs already. We have not much CPF yet as we just had our PR 3 years ago, we dont have much cash but we are willing to loan, can I still find a flat with 2 bedrooms+ 1 utility with a low cash?

We are not particular about the flat condition, original is acceptable also as long as we can afford.
