Morning Veronica, Foreigners are only able to purchase landed after obtaining approval from SLA's LDU. If not, you might be keen to consider townhouses built by Far East Organisation where foreigners will be eligible to purchase townhouses in condominium development where building approval are obtained before 3 April 2012.
