Hi Guru, just want to know whether blk 264B Compassvale Bow (6th floor and above) is eligible for sale ? (i.e have the units fullfill the MOP ?)

Afternoon Nick,

Compassvale Bow, Blk 264B, have fulfilled it 5 years as per Dec 2010. However, that would defer as differ owners took over the keys at different time. Hence not all units within the block will be eligibel for sales now.
