Only first timer singles are eligible for SBF flat which must be 2 room flexi located in non mature estate area in Singapore. One is regarded as a first timer if he/she have not bought any houses direct from HDB or bought a resale with housing grants. I am specialised in HDB transactions. 1) As a single citizen above 35 yrs old. You are only eligible to purchase 2-rm BTO/SBF once in a lifetime.
2) You may read the criteria carefully:
Single Singapore Citizen Scheme
You are a first-timer and single (unmarried, divorced, or widowed), and eligible for a new 2-room flat in non-mature estates.

3) Therefore if you are keen to have a change of environment and prefer to maintain your current living lifestyle, you may consider looking for a resale HDB flat instead.
