Hi guru,

I'm single and own a condo. My girlfriend is above 35yrs old and own a 1yr old Hdb flat. If we get married. Can we keep both property. Or one of us have to sell one of the property . How can we keep both property.

Afternoon Peter,

Both of you own the property under individual ownership, prior to marriage. as long as both of you do not apply for a HDB unit together, you are eligible to keep individual property.
