Do you meant you are looking to purchase an unit? For own stay or investment?

Most important I guess will be affordability. Always buy within your means.

With a budget in mind, then you can zoom into other factors like:

1) preferred location
2) Number of bedrooms
3) Size
4) Floor level
5) Facing
6) Tenure etc.
