Hi Guru, im a widow with no children & im 46 yrs old Indian. 2 and half years ago i sold my 3room flat at AMK. Now as im single & need a place to stay so can i get a resale flat from HDB. Pls advice. Rgds, Sree

You would have inherited the unit from your ex-spouse but are you SC? If so, you are able to purchase resale unit from the open market. We need to work on your financing and work things out.
