Hi guru, i would like to buy a resale hdb without join name with my wife. Is this possible? Under what hdb schema?

my son(toddler) and i just converted to sc. My wife is still a spr. First time buyer.

Afternoon Mr. Ku,

It's not possible to purchase resale HDB unit with your son since you are officially married and your spouse is still around. You can purchase under public scheme with your spouse and ABSD is not payable, being your matrimonial unit.
