hi Guru, i would like to buy a property in malaysia. presently i am hoilding a private porperty (condo) on my name in singapore. i am a singapore PR. pl advice if there are any legal restrictions for such a purchase nad also if i plan to sell this property (in Malaysia) after two years.

There is no restriction. You can buy and sell as and when you like.
