Hi guru, I intend to buy a private property with my daughter. 1) can she buys as 1st time hdb buyer together with her spouse in future. 2) she is studying, will be 18years old in sept. Can she be my co-owner? Otherwise pls specify criteria. Thanks!

Good evening Mrs Chin, FYI your daughter must be 21 years old of age to purchase a property in Singapore so she won't be eligible to be your co-purchaser at this moment. Hope it helps!
