    My age is 38 and spouse 34. Combine income $160,000. I heard that buying 2nd property need to keep at least $56k in CPF, is it true?

Hi Joe,

Basically in today's situation, most bank will only loan upto 80%. Still possible to get 90% but at a higher interest rate.

Whether you rent out your HDB or not has no relation to the max. loan given by bank. Bank will assess your creditability.
