Hi Guru, i have a budget of 700k for a investment property. As I only want resale, I find quite a few condo choice. Some is Central area but only are studio nor 1 bedroom , if I buy area like in geylang(new aptment , TOP 2009) or west I can buy up to 2 bedroom .. Which Shld I choose for investment? Pls advise

Hi Mr. Ho,

If I will you, I will chose Central area, near to town. For investment purposes, I believe you will want capital appreciation. Yes, you may get bigger unit in Geylang or West area, but these area might not appreciate in value compared to Central, which will be faster when property market boom.
