Hi Guru,

I am planning to purchase a condo within 1 I'm of catholic high and hopefully can enroll my boys in. But I am not planning to stay there. Can I lease it out and get rental income?

I had a fully paid HDB and currently leasing it out. Will there be any problem with that?

Hi Mr. Neo,

I'm the Resident Agent at Clover By The Park. TOP estimated to be Q3 this year. Clover is walking distance to Catholic High Pri. It is just cross the road from the side gate of Clover.
