Hi guru,

I am looking for a unit to rent, and I would prefer a condo. I only intend to rent for 6 months however as I might have to move from Singapore afterwards.

For 6 months rent, may I know what is the usual deposit fee required? Do I have to prepay all my 6-month rental fee in advance?

Hi usual is 1month deposit, you do not need to prepay all 6mths rent. Do contact me at 9797200 to discuss

Hi Usual is 1 month.. However most owner not keen in 6 months lease.. Can I recommend you to rent a service apartment instead?
