Hi guru,

I am looking for a unit to rent, and I would prefer a condo. I only intend to rent for 6 months however as I might have to move from Singapore afterwards.

For 6 months rent, may I know what is the usual deposit fee required? Do I have to prepay all my 6-month rental fee in advance?

Hi usual is 1month deposit, you do not need to prepay all 6mths rent. Do contact me at 9797200 to discuss

The security deposit required would be usually 1 month and no, you wouldn't need to prepay all your 6 months rental in advance. Are you looking for a room or whole unit? I may be able to assist you!

Hi Usual is 1 month.. However most owner not keen in 6 months lease.. Can I recommend you to rent a service apartment instead?
