Steven is right,property that is about to TOP will generally appreciate more in value.Hence waiting until it TOP will not be a good idea if you are keen in getting a unit there(TOP in Sept 2011 or earlier).

i have a 3 bedroom unit there,with private patio,1647 sq ft,asking $854psf only..i
also have a few 4 bedrooms unit there for sale,1442 sq ft,price from $1,342,000 and above..all these are direct from developer's sales..kindly contact me for more info..thanks
