Hi Guru! I am a pr and my girlfriend is a citizen with no properties but both over 35, can we buy two HDB properties in the short term, one with me and my parents, one with her and her parents and one private property in the future for us and keep all three? We are renting at the moment.

Morning,

Single scheme is only eligible for SC above the age of 35. It's possible for your gf to purchase one under her name, given that she's SC. As for you, to purchase with your parents, they must at least be PR and not holding onto any existing property. In regards to the purchase of private property, that will have to wait till both of you have fulfilled your MOP.
