hi Guru,
I am a new PR and planning to invest in Condo/HDB in singapore. currently I stay with family in a rented hdb unit.
With S$100k Cash in hand and around 10k in cpf, what will be the best investment choice for me?
Either a condo or hdb? Please suggest me. Also, Is it possible to buy a 2 bedroom condo (new/old)
in S$600k to 700k budget. I am eligble to invest as per the new hdb rules.

Hi Chris,
You are elgible to buy both.
It will depends on which location you are looking into before you decide whether hdb or pte condo will be more suitable.
