Hi Guru,

I am 44 years old, staying a 4 room HDB flat with my family for 3 years, we are paying bank loan. & just wanted to know if i eligible to buy a private property now? if yes, what is the condition i must qualify.

Morning,

Being the owner of the HDB unit, you must fulfill the MOP period stapulated based on your type of purchase. If you are looking at getting your second property and yet keep ing the HDB unit, you must be SC for that to take place.
