hi guru, How much the stamp duty to be paid if i want to buy a condominium for 850K.I am not owning any house and Iam a PR.

Afternoon Raj,

If your spouse is SC and not holding onto any existing property, you will only be required to pay $20.1k stamp duty. But if both of you are PR, your stamp duty payable will be $62.6k.
