hi guru, how could i still obtain a home loan? i'd already taken 2 hdb loans previously during my last marriage. i had approached hdb many times but with no success. troubles are that i've a poor credit record (i'm in debt from my business failures) and i doubt i'll ever get pass any bank for a loan. i hope to buy a 3-room flat and currently my cpf oa has about $250k but i've no cash in hand. would appreciate any advise. many thanks

if you can go ask to buy HDB 2 room flat direct from HDB if possible. if not you got no way out.

approached your Member of parliament but being said they can just help to write letter on your behalf. Just give it a try. Read More
