Hi guru , can a foreigner buy private condo With join ownership ? I Mean me and my brother want to buy 1 condo . Can we take a bank loan under This condition ?

Hi Welly, as a foreigner property buyer, you must understand the stamp duty. Before you book any condo, please seek banker for assessment for loan. I have a few good banker to recommend.
