Hi Guru, As i know that in order to use cpf for buying 2nd property, myself and my wife individual CPF OA+SA at least must have SGD53K. My question is my 1st HDB is under my name only, if i buy my 2nd property (Condo.), whether above SGD53K rule apply to my wife? As it is her 1st property. please advise, thanks.

Mr Ong, Best to check with CPF board directly. There had been changes/updates with CPF. You may need to go there in person with your wife. Rgds Ravin 9798-5917  KNIGHT FRANK Read More
