Hi Guru, am looking for EA in SK & Punggol areas within walking distance to MRT. Budget around 520k - 550k. has price reach this level yet?

There are a few EA within Sengkang estate that's currently going at $535k to $550k.

Hi There are about 2-3 units going at that range in Sengkang. Closer to 550k. definitely not walking distance to MRT.
