Hi.. going 35yrs soon and will be looking for a flat in the west.. however, do i have to buy a flat near my parents to receive a grant? Thanks

Evening,

To be eligible for single scheme, you must be SC, 35 years or older. If you are first timer, with income lesser than $5k, you will be entitled to $15k grant.
