Hi gentlemen and ladies, I'm urgently looking for a 4room flat near jurong east or west.. We are newly wed so we are looking for a low COV flat.. Can anyone helps?

Morning Elton,

Hunting for 4 room flat with low COV is possible, but it takes time. And how low do you consider low?
I have just closed a case for my client, whom I have being serving for last 7 months. Managed to close a 5 room flat in Jurong West with $16k COV. High floor, corner unit.

The question is what is your definition of low COV?
