Hi Experts, Me(PR) and my father(PR) wants to buy a resale hdb. He has a unsettled default record in his CBS report. Is it possible to get a bank loan if Im the main applicant and he is co applicant ? Thanks for your time.

Hi

You can consider to go with 2 applicant, 1 borrower arrangement for this purchase. However, not all banks are ready to support such a structure, and the loan amount depends on your info details as well.

Your mum has to be included in the family nucleus as well, and all have to hold SPR status for at least 3 years, and do not own any other residential property. Have you applied for your HFE letter?
