Your father in law's name also need to be inserted into the application to qualify for the public scheme. Otherwise, won't be eligible. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Minimum criteria is one citizen and one PR.
