If husband and me are PR 3 years above and planning to buy a house in SG, but I am the joint borrower with my brother for a Malaysia house (Malaysia house registered under brother name only, but the house loan is two borrowers - brother and me). So in this case, can husband and me to buy a resale hdb in SG? Will it affect my bank loan if buy SG house, lower down the loan amount? Thank you.
