You can go for jumbo units (with usually 4rm+3rm configurations done up and adjoined). Otherwise to get both side by side both at the same time selling, the chances will be quite slim. If you want adjacent units, it's possible, but unlikely for both transactions to happen at the same time.

Hi Yu Xian,

It is almost impossible to purchase a 4rm flat and a 3 rm flat which happen to be side by side. You may wish to consider getting both flats within the same block or same cluster instead. You may purchase one first and subsequently wait for another unit to come back. Alternatively, you may want to consider purchasing a jumbo unit, either 3rm + 3rm or 4rm + 3rm.
