Hi Experts and condo specialists,

I am very confused about choosing the location and type of condo for my budget and requirement.

Please could you advice what strategy I need to follow.

I have hdb house in north, Now my worklocation changed near to Bartley MRT. I would like to buy condo(2 or 3 rooms) to stay near to office.

I got two primary school going childrens and I will travel frequently to CBD area.

Please could you advice what location condos will be ideal for me(name some condos), Buying just TOP condos or bit older condos will be better?. If my worklocation changed again, i will rent the condo and goback to north HDB house, So looking for better rental return.

Please advice.

if you have completed HDB MOP, consider to rent it out.
find yourself another rental place suitable for work and kids lifestyle..
