Yew Mei Green is about 22 years old, if you are staying for 3 to 5 years you may get some capital appreciation. If you are planning to stay for 10-15 years, the age of the condo will be older by then.

Hi,

1) Yew Mei Green was launched in 1998, which was 24 yrs from the launch date.
2) Most of the EC price will continue to grow, but the growth will be marginal for those above 20 yrs since launched.
3) This is a very common price trend across the island.
4) In general the EC price growth is seen better in a bigger estate.
5) Yew Tee does not fall under a big estate.
6) I can already see that The Quintet price starts to fall flat although it is younger than the Yew Mei Green and Windermere.
7) So I'm not optimistic about value appreciation for this Yew Mei Green.
