My husband and I are looking to buy a 4room HDB for $700k and below along Buona Vista, Commonwealth, Queenstown, Redhill, Tiong Bahru area. It has to be of good location (near MRT, bus stops and amenities). Prefer almost move in condition, mid to high floor, less than 10 years. Any recommendations, please let me know, thanks!
