I'm the Resident Agent at Clover By The Park. Very frank, for sub-sale units now at Clover By the Park, 4-BRs, is not possible to get any at $1.50M. The most minimum would still be at $1.60M, if owners would agree to accept.

Alternatively, if you can still stretch your budget a bit to $1.54M range, I suggest you go for the developer's balance units. The cheapest currently is at $1.536M.
