Hi,

May I know if you have plans to stay long term in this development? Or is there a chance you may shift again in the next 3 to 5 years. May I also know the unit type & the number of rooms you are looking at? As its a leasehold development with 74 years balance lease, the exit point may be one of the consideration and you may have to factor in when to exit for the planning.

Hope the above clarifies. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so as to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Hi,

1) There are 24 private developments within Newton vicinity including 3 new launches selling now.
2) There are three 99 years of leasehold properties among all the freehold.
3) Amaryllis Ville is one of 4 properties that are more than 20 yrs old.
4) I have to remind you that the 99 years starting from 1997, and not from the TOP year. Therefore I said this is one of the properties that are more than 20 yrs.
5) A home is a place that you feel comfortable and happy in despite whether the seller is making a huge profit from it.
