hi do i need to pay my agent comm for sourcing my flat when i buy a resale HDB?
or the seller's agent will co-broke with him?

Afternoon Dave,

For HDB unit's, buyers are required to pay their salesperson for the work and effort that they have put in, which defer from the case in purchase of private property.
