Hi dear Gurus
I am looking at Property in Guan Chuan St..
can i ask:
1- are there hdb around that area?
2- property are old there, so if lets say it only left with 50 years lease is there a situation in singapore before that a lease with HDB ends ?
3- reference to question 2 is there a point in singapore history that HDB has ask the owner to move because the lease is up soon, or do they provide relocation (like most enbloc) - i know this is a bit far fetch, i am 40 years old single and yet to get my own place, if i do and somehow i happen to be a dad, my next generation might benefit from the HDB..
