As you will be doing buy-sell transaction, depending on whether any ECF is involved, your cash up front is likely to be the $5000 for deposit up front and the remaining of the 5% of purchase price minus off the $5000 paid earlier in cash and remaining 15% of the 1st 20% deposit in CPF, if you are taking a bank loan.
If you are using the ECF, there'll be different arrangements as you will be utilising 50% of your cash proceeds from the sale of your executive unit to pay for the new unit.
