Hi currently my wife and I co-own the HDB 4 room flat. My wife is a Singaporean while I am SPR. We have stayed in the current HDB for 6 years. We are interested to purchase another private Condo. We are not sure if we can buy the private property and keep the HDB flat (co-owners of Singapore Citizen and SPR)? Please advice.
