Hi, currently I own a condo unit. My husband to be sold his HDB as single buyer, now that he wants to buy a resale HDB flat alone. We r not married yet, but soon. Will that affect my condo ownership?

Hi,

1) The HDB does not discourage people from marrying.
2) However, the HDB board discourages people from owning HDB flats and private property within their MOP.
3) Since your hubby bought the flat before your marriage, you will not be required to dispose of your private property as long as you are not the owner after the marriage.
