Currently, I am staying with my parent in Bukit Panjang and am planning to buy a 4/5 room flat around that area. my question is
1. what is the grant for the first timer? btw I am above the '40s.
2. what is the grant for staying near parent?
3. My current pay is above $6000 (do I entitled to house grants)
