Hi. Currently, I am a owner of a 4 room HBD flat and my intention is to rent it out if i purchased a condo. This 4 room flat will be fully paid by end of this year. My question is whether with a budget around 800k (min 4room, has to be either freehold or 999 years). Do you think is possible to find one?

Hi Denis,

With regards to your intention, you should be able to find a condo within your liking.
However, there are a few key areas that you need to address to.

1. Eligibility to rent your 4 room out.
2. Rental yield of your 4 room flat.
3. Area of interest for your intended condo.
