hi, couple looking for 3 or 4 room flat tampines area. now living with parents but they are going to to sell the flat by end of this year. Looking for low Cov...any advise? I am a first timer buyer but wife is 2nd timer buyer...

Morning,

The current possible lowest COV asking for 3 room flat in Tampines is around $30k. Is you are looking at resale unit, you can apply to utilize your half grant, if you fulfill the HDB requirement.
