1. Most sought/preferred stack are those facing park, Stack 13, 14, 15 and 16.

2. The design of this condo is such that afternoon sun all directly hit the master bathroom. Only some stacks will experience afternoon sun at a small angle to the balcony and bay window.

3. Yes, shuttle bus to MRT. Monthly maintenance fee for the smaller 3-BR of 12xx sq. ft is $160/mth.
