Hi,

If you are thinking of joint purchase, the moment you purchase a HDB, you have to fulfil MOP of 5 years before you can purchase 2nd property (condo).

Afternoon,

You can only purchase resale HDB under non-citizen spouse scheme if you are SC. You will also need to fulfill 5 year MOP before you are eligible to purchase private property.

Good evening buyer,

If you are a SC, you can purchase a resale HDB with your foreign spouse under non citizen spouse scheme. But you will have to fulfill the minimum occupation period of 5 years before able to purchase a private property.

If not, you can purchase a resale HDB under single singapore citizen scheme since both of you are not married yet then she purchase a condo under her name. But she will be subject to 15% additional buyer's stamp duty as a foreigner.

5 years vs 15% ABSD.
